Hands holding a phone at a kitchen counter at night; Celestial’s craving screen says: this feeling will pass

9:12 pm

It came. It peaked. It passed. And you didn’t.

When the craving hits, tap I’m craving. Breathe with the circle, read your own reason, text your person, or let a calm voice talk you through it until it’s gone. Every one you ride out is counted.

friday · 11:48 pm

The night that usually wins has a plan this time.

Tell Celestial which day is hardest. The evening before, it takes two minutes to get ready: what usually happens, what you’ll do instead, who you can text. On the night, your plan and a calm voice are already waiting.

Drinking days a week

5 → 2

One honest question a week: how many days? Where you started, and where you are now. A slip never wipes it out: there’s no streak to lose.

An example week.

What are you quitting?

Each has its own 90 days: its own hard moments, lessons and steps.

Starts with a doctor: opioids, heroin or fentanyl, benzos or prescription pills, meth, ketamine, other drugs. Stopping some drugs alone can be risky, so Celestial helps you take that first conversation.

Only on your phone

No account, no email, no tracking. Your plan, your people and your words stay on your iPhone. Reminders never say what you’re working on, and there’s a discreet app icon if you want one.

Free, for good

The craving button and the voice, slip support, crisis numbers for your country, your plan, your day count and your number.

The 90-Day Challenge

Your hard day planned the day before, sessions for Friday nights, paydays and sleepless ones, a lesson and one real step a day. First week free, no card.

Before you start

Is Celestial free?

Your first week is free, with everything. After that, help in a hard moment stays free for good: the craving button, the breathing and the voice that talks you through it, slip support, crisis numbers, your plan and your progress. The full 90-Day Challenge is an optional subscription.

Do I need an account?

No. There’s no sign-up and no account. Everything you write stays on your iPhone; we can’t see it.

Which habits does it help with?

Alcohol, smoking, vaping, cannabis, cocaine, caffeine, gambling, porn, sex or hook-ups, gaming, social media, shopping and binge eating. Each has its own program. If you use opioids, benzos, meth, ketamine or other drugs, Celestial starts by helping you talk to a doctor.

Can I cut back instead of quitting?

For drinking and gambling, yes, if your answers show it’s safe. You set a weekly limit, and when you’re ready Celestial helps you step down to zero.

What happens if I slip?

You tell the app, honestly, and it helps you look at what happened without shame. There’s no streak to lose: your progress is still there in the morning.

Is Celestial a treatment?

No. It’s a self-help app, not a medical or crisis service. It shows free helplines, meetings and services for your country when you need more.

Is it on Android?

Celestial is on iPhone first.

tomorrow · 6:40 pm

The hardest step is the first one.

Take it tonight. Your first week is free.
